Ramadan On Wheels

Ramadan on Wheels brings the community together to assemble food and care packages for families in need.

This volunteer -run initiative is built upon sincere intentions and a shared desire to draw closer to Allah SWT through service in the spirit of the blessed month. Our purpose is rooted in the values of Ramadan — compassion, generosity, and community.

Through Ramadan on wheels, we aim to Make the most of Ramadan’s extra rewards, Give back and support our local community, Build unity, teamwork, and connection among youth, Be a helping hand for those in need and carry out all our efforts sincerely for the sake of Allah SWT.

FAQ

Who can participate in Ramadan on Wheels?

Ramadan on Wheels is open to youth participants who are aged 13 to 18. No prior experience required!

Will photos or videos be taken during the event?

Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. Please notify the organisers in advance if you have any concerns.

Can my child bring money on the day for donations?

While we will not refuse donations on the day, it is strongly preferred that all contributions are made digitally before the closing date to assist with event organisation.

What if I get sick on the day?

Please Notify the organisers as soon as you are able so we can make the necessary rearrangements.

Is food provided?

No food will be provided. Participants who are not fasting are encouraged to bring their own snacks so allergy risks related to food are minimal.

How will my child’s safety be ensured during the event?

Participants will be supervised at all times by our trusted organisers and team leaders. Parents/guardians will be contacted in case of any issues.

What if my child gets injured?

A fully stocked first aid kit will be available, and there will be team members on site who hold valid first aid certificates to respond to any minor injuries or incidents.
